Middlesbrough Are Plotting A Loan Offer For Yannick Bolasie

Middlesbrough are going to get Everton player Yannick Bolasie on a temporary basis during the winter transfer window, according to reports. Middlesbrough boss Neil Warnock is familiar with Bolasie as they worked together during their time at Crystal Palace and it seems that the head coach sees the 31-year-old as a great addition to his current squad. The Congolese player was in talks to move to Riverside Stadium in October, but the potential deal broke down. Bolasie is one of the key targets for Boro in January, as the club might get some extra funds available if they terminate Patrick Roberts’ loan contract from Manchester City. The Congo footballer hasn’t made any appearances for Everton this campaign and is not considered part of boss Carlo Ancelotti’s first-team squad. Yannick Bolasie moved to Everton for £25 million in 2016 but experienced a severe knee injury just several weeks later. He has spent the last two campaigns out on loan, playing for Sporting Lisbon and Aston Villa, Anderlecht.
