Ronaldo and Marcelo at Real Madrid 4 – 1 Valencia

Real Madrid slowly returning their form after losing to Leganes on Wednesday. Yesterday Los Blancos crashed Valencia scoring four goals against one.

Real Madrid couldn’t reach the top of La Liga, but they still have to secure their fourth place in the table. And yesterday they have defeated Valencia, who is currently in the third place with 40 points (Real Madrid have 38).

Ronaldo opened the score with a penalty and then did it again at 38’. Mina Lorenzo managed to pull a goal back at 58’ but Real showed incredible performance in the final six minutes. Marcelo and Toni Kroos raised it to 4-1 sealing the victory for Los Blancos.

After the match, Ronaldo became the first player in the La Liga history who scored more penalties than anyone. Portuguese made more than 100 successful penalties for the club.

Another interesting thing is how Ronaldo reacted to the Marcelo’s goal. Marcelo scored a brilliant goal with his own style and then he was surrounded by teammates. When everybody celebrated, Ronaldo took the moment and made a cheeky pinch of Marcelo’s bum. That’s was funny, but a little strange. Don’t you think? BTW you can see it for yourself in the photo below.
