Zlatan Ibrahimovic Is Set For Milan Renewal

Milan have reportedly decided that they will try to keep Zlatan Ibrahimovic for another season at San Siro. They are planning to make him a renewal offer. The 39-year-old player showed impressive results once again as the Rossoneri continued their great start to the Serie A campaign with a 2–1 win over Inter. Ibrahimovic will be 40 years old next season, but it doesn’t prevent him from continuing his football career. Age is just a number, and he feels that he can contribute a lot to his club. Quotidiano Sportivo claims that in the near future Milan’s managers could propose the next one-year contract to the forward, which would keep him with the Rossoneri for the 2021–22 campaign. The Swedish international would become the latest Milan star to wear the shirt into his 40s, following in the footsteps of Alessandro Costacurta and Paolo Maldini. The Red and Blacks hope that he will take the club back to the Champions League and help them to win.
