The FIFA FIFPro World XI is decided by the players, for the players. It involves votes from tens of thousands footballers worldwide. The final XI will include one goalkeeper, four defender, three midfielders and three forwards which will be announced at the FIFA Ballon d’Or Gala in Zurich on 12th January 2015.
