Valencia vs Real Madrid Match Preview
The Whites 2–0 victory over San Lorenzo of Argentina in the the pre Christmas Club World Cup final made 2014 the most successful in the club’s 112 year past — with the Copa Del Rey, Champions League and European Super Cup.
Since late September, Madrid have won each and every game they have played. The Whites are enjoying a phenomenal run of 22 consecutive victories in all competitions in this season and are three victories away from setting a world record of most consecutive victories.
Fabio Capello has praised Real Madrid and the club coach Carlo Ancelotti on their stunning winning run. He said “They are going to define an era. They have a great defense, a midfield that can play football as well as put in the miles and a frontline that scores goals for fun.”
Valencia manager Nuno Espirito Santo will be looking to start their new year campaign with a victory, but it will be tough task for them as Ancelotti’s boys are on the peak of the football.
The Whites are currently on the top with thirty nine points after 16 rounds of the league with 13 wins and 2 loss while the oranges are on 4th place with 31 points with 9 wins, 4 draws and 3 loss.
