Luiz Suarez, the Barcelona striker has been ruled out of the game for two weeks after she suffered a tear in his right ankle. He had been forced to leave the pitch as Barcelona stormed out with a 4 ‑1 victory in La Liga over Real Betis.
Suarez has been able to get himself on the scoreboard. However, it was Lionel Messi who was the main attraction of the headlines with this stunning hat-trick. Suarez, the Uruguayan player is the 2nd top scorer of Barcelona after Messi in this season. He has 18 goals to his name in the top flight of Spanish.
Suarez was forced to withdraw from the latest round of the country of international fixtures because of his injury plight and he is going to stay in Barcelona to start recuperating with the medical staff of the club.
Uruguay is ready to play against Uzbekistan this Friday in the China Cup. However, now they have to do without the star striker of the team.
