Spanish press once again makes a big claim about Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave Real Madrid for good. The outlet El Chiringuito even revealed main reasons why 32-year-old star is thinking about a departure.
According to AS news Ronaldo does not feel valued at the squad. And a few days ago he already told Florentino Perez about his desire to leave next summer.
Portugal superstar wants to return to the Manchester United. However, chiefs simply declined his request. Considering Ronaldo’ release clause is 1 billion euros, he won’t be leaving the squad anytime soon.
One of the reasons for departure is attempting to sign Monaco’ Kylian Mbappe. Real Madrid proposed 140 million euros for the player, and for Ronaldo it was like they want to find him a replacement. Maybe, Los Blancos would have allowed Cristiano to leave, if they got Mbappe in the squad.
El Chiringuito confirmed that Real Madrid has improved Ronaldo’ contract after Kylian went to PSG on loan. But he still thinks Real is looking for his replacement, which upsets Ronaldo.
Moreover, he unsatisfied with a payment. Some unconfirmed reports claim Neymar is receiving 35 million euros per season from PSG, Leo Messi (after new Barca’ contract) 40 million and Ronaldo earns only 21 million. After recent defeat to Spurs in Champions League Ronaldo said: “I’m happy as I am and I do not want to renew.”
In the end, Cristiano does not like how he was treated in Spain during tax fraud case. Playing in the Premier League, he could avoid such troubles. Now Ronaldo bounded by contract until 2021. And with such a huge release clause Real Madrid confident about keeping Portuguese for the next four years.
