Real Madrid won 16th Game in a row, new record in club history

The Spanish giants Real Madrid set up a new record with their 16th win in a row on 29 November 2014. This is the best winning streak in the history of Los Blancos. With a 2–1 victory over Malaga, the whites are tasting huge success. Although they had stumbling performance at the beginning of La Liga, but they made a perfect come back and are now at the top of league table.

After sixteenth back to back wins, the Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti said “I’m happy, This seems like a dream. We are very happy about the streak. I hope it continues. The key is to keep working hard because in football the past is the past.” A picture featuring Gareth Bale, Carlo Ancelotti and Sergio Ramos representing 16 wins was published on Facebook after their win over Malaga.

Carlo Ancelotti’s squad are looking unstoppable in this season of La Liga and Champions League as well, defeating Barcelona and Liverpool twice. After thirteen match day of domestic league, the vikings are still at the top of current standings with 33 points, scoring 48 goals.

For Real Madrid, Karim Benzema scored the opening goal when Cristiano Ronaldo made an incredible assist into the box. Later, Ronaldo made another assist for second goal that was scored by Gareth Bale. Bad news for the away side was sent off of Isco after getting two yellow cards.
