PSG Vs Lyon French Ligue 1 Live Online Commentary

After being knocked out of the UEFA Champions League, PSG have no choice but to fully concentrate on the French league title and all credit to them as they did just that last weekend and beat Lorient away 2-1. Now they will face a huge test with the visit of Lyon. PSG are still in a prime position to win their fifth straight title as they are just 3 points behind leaders AS Monaco. The reigning champions are still undefeated at home turf and have won 9 of their 14 matches so far. As for injury news: Lucas Moura, Blaise Matuidi and Thiago Motta are all currently sidelined for hosts.

Meanwhile, Lyon has a five point advantage in their quest to finish in a European berth. They lost on Thursday in the UEFA Europa League over Roma 2-1, but it didn’t matter as they had won the first leg 4-2 and they will be in a good form coming into this match. However they still had to travel to Italy mid-week, whilst PSG could rest and that could be key here. Lyon’s only injury worry ahead of this clash is right full-back Rafael.
