The statement from Camp Nou said: “On Thursday Neymar Jr’s representatives have visited the club offices in person. They made a payment of 222 million euros about the unilateral termination of the deal”.

Also, the club will pass on the details of the operation to UEFA and later they can determine disciplinary responsibilities which can arise from the case”.

After Neymar’s joining to PSG his payment will significantly rise to £540,000 per week. Earlier was claimed that La Liga accepts the release clause only if 222 million Euro came from Neymar’s bank account (Technically the funds belonged to PSG, which have transferred the money to his account).

That’s why today the deal is fully completed and Neymar in Barcelona can be considered only as a history.
