The British football club Manchester United is reportedly making huge bid for Barcelona’s winger Neymar and the bid is approximate of £140 million according to reports by mirror.co.uk. Only one week left for closer of summer transfer window and a shocking news has given goosebumps for everyone. Man United really needs the Brazilian winger even at world record transfer fee.
Manchester United Wants Neymar At World Record Transfer
It is true that Neymar is happy at his current club Barcelona, the the club could be convinced to allow him to leave for such a staggering fee given the effect the transfer embargo FIFA placed upon them has had on their squad.
He was signed by Gerardo Martino in 2013 which means his contract will expire in 2018. Looking on his current performance, it is believed that the club have to pay some extra bucks to keep him at the Camp Nou. But if club like Man United is willing to pay huge amount then they would not refuse the proposal.
If this transfer happens, it will break the current world transfer record of Gareth Bale who switched to Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur in 2013 when Carlo Ancelotti was managing Madrid. Bale was transferred from Spurs to Real Madrid with a world record transfer of £100 million.
