Man United earned useful draw with Rostov in Europa League

Yesterday Manchester United vs FC Rostov match in Russia has ended in a draw. Remind that Jose Mourinho criticized pitch at the Olymp-2 Stadium because it was in poor state.

It was a problematic playing surface, but still, Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored first in the 35th minute and grabbed a vital goal to Man United. After the break, Aleksandr Bukharov equalized the score. It made 1-1 draw which can be useful for both teams.

Marcos Rojo certainly is a man of the match. 28 y.o. defender has some problems in the playing and he has to work on mistakes. But yesterday Marcos was an imposing figure who saved the situation many times.

Manchester got no injuries and they still have an open result for the second leg. Now Manchester United will visit Chelsea in the FA Cup quarter-final on Monday. Mourinho says his team is too big and they just couldn’t go without a win.

As for FC Rostov, they will meet Terek Grozny on Sunday. Don’t miss!
