Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City said that they are innocent until proven otherwise when he had been asked about the alleged breached in the Financial Fair Play by the Premier League champions.
SOURCE UEFA, the governing body of European Soccer has referred to Manchester City to independent judicial chamber following the opening of the investigation in the month of March. Guardiola told the reporters that they are innocent until proven when he had been asked if his team’s success had been undermined prior to the final of FA Cup on Saturday at the Wembley Stadium. He says that is UEFA decides that they have done something wrong that then they will be punished, banned or whatever they decide. However, they are innocent at present and he knows that people are eagerly waiting for it to be guilty. When he had been asked again about a possible ban in the Champions League, he simply closed the subject. He comments that everything shows what is going to happen and that they are innocent today and will see what is going to happen in the future.
