FIFA Club Wold Cup Morocco 2014 IST Fixtures Schedule

Here is the schedule of FIFA Club World Cup 2014 in Indian Standard Time which is to be played in Morocco in the month of December. The competition will begin from 10 December 2014 and final match will be played on 20 December. It is the eleventh World Cup of this format controlled by governing body of football i.e. FIFA. Seven teams including host team Moghreb Tetouan [being host nation] from 6 confederations have qualified for the this Club World Cup. Except Auckland City and Real Madrid, all teams are playing this tournament for the first time.

Total eight matches will be played throughout the tournament from 10 to 20 December 2014. Two stadiums are selected to host these games located in Rabat and Marrakesh. For hosting the campaign, four bidding nations were announced by FIFA named as Iran, United Arab Emirates, South Africa and Morocco. Except Morocco, remaining three nations withdrew their bids.

FIFA Club World Cup 2014 bracket

FIFA issued a statement reconfirming Morocco as the host, despite recent rumors that a change in venue might be sough due to the 2014 West Africa Ebola virus outbreak. Morocco has cancelled its hosting of 2015 Africa Cup of Nations due to fears of Ebola, but vowed to host the Club World Cup as no entrants would be from countries with the most severe Ebola outbreaks.
