Daine Klate, the Chippa United attacker has recently come up with a statement that his retirement from football is absolutely inevitable. He has decided to conclude his bright sports career that lasted for up to 16 years.
The 34-year-old football player is going to resign as one of the brightest sportsmen in Premier Soccer League history having won six league titles. To be exact, the sportsman managed to win three titles at SuperSport United, then, two titles were conquered with Orlando Pirates, and Daine also helped Bidvest Wits to become the crowned league champions for the sixth time.
With his second league title at Pirates, Daine Klate has managed to become the first sportsman even to win the league for five seasons in a row. What’s more, while at SuperSport, he has been granted the title of the Player of the Season for the 2009/2010 campaign.
In his video post on Twitter, the sportsman informed that he’s not going to remain a player any longer. Instead, he considers becoming an assistant coach of Clinton Larsen’s technical team.
