The golden streak of 11 matches winning for Arsenal came to an end after controversial performances and frustrating 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace. Either side penalties and goal meant points at Selhurst Park, saw good things comes to an end. The starting lineup of Unai Emery seemed with mind-attack strategies as both Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette started their game along with Alex Iwobi and Mesut Ozil.

In the second half, Arsenal showed his superiority after 56 minutes by going in front. Lacazette brushed his hands towards the corner and Aubameyang scruffily tapped to the far post with the ball that has crossed the line.
After a long defending, one more penalty gave away by Arsenal when Xhaka fouled Zaha. Arsenal missed the chance to climb to third place.
