Arsenal News: Arteta Is Still Sure Aubameyang Will Stay

Mikel Arerta insists that Arsenal should keep Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as Arsenal isn’t a football club that sells their top players to improve the financial position. These words are supposed to put an end to continuing speculation over the future of the star man. The Arsenal boss is optimistic they can keep Aubameyang for many years. The Gabonese football celebrity, whose contract ends in the early summer of 2021, has said that it would be a tough decision whether to stay at Arsenal or not. Aubameyang joined the Gunners in 2018 for an impressive £56 million deal. Being the most expensive Gabonese player, the 31-year-old forward recently became the quickest Arsenal footballer to score 50 Premier League goals. Arteta’s point seems to be perfectly obvious: the Arsenal club should be developed around Aubameyang, rather than paid for by him. Arsenal is eighth right now and still is able to qualify for next season’s Europa League.
