Tottenham loss puts Chelsea closer to the Champion’s title

Yesterday Tottenham lost against their bitter rivals with 0-1. It means that the gap between Premier League leader widens. There are only four points that make a difference, but Chelsea still have four games left. The team can exit the competition on the next Friday if they beat Middlesbrough at West Bromwich Albion.

Tottenham had good chances against Hammers and also they could have narrowed the gap to their victory in the Pl. Harry Kane and Eric Dier made good strikes in the first half. But Adrián San Miguel denied all attempts no matter what.

And while everybody thought that the game ends with the draw, Lanzini have fired close-range strike past Lloris. In the usually game, Spurs would have surged in the end instead of their rivals. However, there was no energy left for them and West Ham United just overwhelmed Spurs in the final race.

Chelsea had to win two games against Middlesbrough and West Brom. As for Tottenham, they will host a hard game against Manchester United on 14 may. But by that time the title could already have gone to Antonio Conte’s side.

For now, teams have the eight-day break, while Chelsea fans are fully enjoying West Ham victory.
