He left Arsenal in 2007 and joined Barcelona where he won La Liga and Champions League trophy. On the other hand, Arsenal finally won a trophy last year in the form of FA Cup. He also said that he never felt that he will win so many trophies with Barca as he was already warned of, not being a full time player with Barcelona.
He said “When I arrived at Barcelona, club manager Guardiola told me that I was the fourth choice striker and I would not be starter. I accepted the challenge and I fought, and competition makes you increase your level. People talk about luck, but you need to create you own. When you work, you got the reward at the end.”
