Southampton Vs Arsenal Live Online Commentary

Southampton have been far away from their best form in the last couple of weeks. The team led by French head coach Claude Puel is without a win in last four English Premier League matches which kind of ruined a generally decent campaign they have had so far in the season. On the bright side, the improvements in the back line could have clearly been noticed in the last two fixtures as the Saints kept consecutive clean sheets against Hull City and Liverpool in the last two rounds.

On the other hand, Arsene Wenger finally managed to celebrate his first ever victory over Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho in a highly important game agains Manchester United. Arsenal thus kept chances of making it to the top four at the end of the season, but three points from St. Mary’s are simply a must for the team. The win would see the Gunners cutting the distance to Pep Guardiola’s Man City to three points ahead of three final fixtures of the campaign.
