The success of Ferguson depended on the faith that he had in Class 92 and Solskjaer wants to be similar. He has challenged the present Manchester United crop to be the players who simply love football. He plans on studying the management style of Ferguson for reminding the team to play once again without any fear.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that Ferguson has influenced him with everything. The manner in which he deals with people manages the club, and also how he has managed twenty-five international players hungry and happy. Ferguson always wanted to improve. Solskjaer says that he has been his mentor and he didn’t know early on that he was going to be his mentor. Ever since he had been injured in the year 2003, he had been making notes on how and what he did in some situations. He has already got in touch with Ferguson and feels that there is no one better to get advice from.

Mourinho has signed a 2-year contract which was to be complete in 2020 but the troublesome season started when he criticized the board of United publicly for not supporting him in the summer transfer season.
