Maurizio Sarri has been spending the time to study the footage of the Molineux collapse of Chelsea for avoiding another shocking defeat against the Wolves. Sarri has admitted the fact that Chelsea stopped playing as they took a lead in the first half against the side of Nuno Espirito Santo on 5th of December.
The sixty-year-old Italian’s team had been defeated by 2–1. He dragged himself from the verge of being dismissed with a total of 3 wins in 9 days. He is keen on avoiding a setback once again on Sunday which is going to dent the quest of Chelsea for the qualification of Champions League and raise more questions about his future in the club. Sarri states that he remembers very well that after the goal they scored at 1–1, they had stopped playing. They stopped after 50, 55 minutes for twenty minutes at Wolverhampton. This had been sufficient for making them lose the game. They were in trouble and yet they stopped playing. He says that he has to study the match carefully. Ruben Loftus-Cheek, the midfielder from England made the most of this rare start with the Blues on the 18th-minute opener in West Midland. However, Wolves who are in the 7th position after the promotion last summer have managed to hit back with 2 goals in 5 2nd half minutes. Irrespective of only one place separating these two clubs on the tables, the Blues have thirteen points of advantages and a match in hand.Tags Champions League Chelsea Maurizio Sarri Nuno Espirito Santo Ruben Loftus-Cheek West Midland
