Paris Saint-Germain agree to let their player Neymar go if a receiving club is ready to shell out $328,45m for him. The Brazilian player has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and Barcelona in one of the most impressive transfers of the summer. The player had come up with a transfer request and Barcelona rapidly became of his first chasers. After landing the likes of Frenkie de Jong and Antoine Griezmann, Barcelona were concerned about Financial Fair Play restrictions. One final $283,58m offer was launched by Barcelona. Part of that was in cash ($218,69m). It was a season loan offer for Ousmane Dembele, Jean-Clair Todibo, and Ivan Rakitic The offer brought nothing to Barcelona, while Neymar ending up playing for Paris Saint-Germain for the rest of the football season. The club chiefs are expected to meet on August 13 in order to make a deal as to the Brazilian player. However, it feels like Barcelona currently have nothing to offer for the player.
