Manchester United has won 10 games between 11 under the interim manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. They achieved their last victory against Fulham by 3–0 on Saturday. This made them climb to top the fourth position in the Premier League for the first time since the weekend opening.
Paul Pogba has helped United to push forward from a tight angle in the fourteenth minute as he sprung from behind the defense and passed at the ball to Anthony Martial towards left turning and then shooting for the first time in between the post and the goalkeeper Sergio Rico.
Martial had doubled the time of the lead minute quite in style and collected the ball halfway in line. The ball junked passed Denis Odoi and then storming towards the way prior to stroking the shot beyond Rico.
Fulham had started with the match pretty brightly developing 4 shots in the first 5 minutes, but the chance has run out and they were losing confidence as Manchester United had been handling the ball for a longer period of time.
The best chance for them was in the opening as Andre Schuerrle had broken forward and floated the ball in space and down towards Luciano Vietto. The Argentinian sent the shot just wide away from the post. The Belgian striker from United had an anonymous first half of the match outshining the two French footballers. However, he helped in creating the penalty which gave the third goal for Manchester United.
