The Leicester City Football Club lost its owner on Saturday in a helicopter crash which took place on Saturday near the stadium in Leicester, England. The news was confirmed by Leicester on Sunday, which made the club and fans very sad.
Vichai Srivaddanaprabha was 60 years old and among the 5 people who boarded the aircraft before it burst in a parking lot. The tragic incident happened near the King Power Stadium as confirmed by the club. There were no survivors on board. The club confirmed with great regret and broken heart about the death of their chairman. As per the club, the chairman was known for his kindness and generosity and he always devoted his time and love to his beloved family.
There were many great people who paid tribute to Late Srivaddanaprabha and the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William was one of them. Prince William, who is also the president of the English Football Association, said that he was fortunate to have known Srivaddanaprabha for so many years.
