La Liga 2014–15 Week 9 Review
The El Clasico of La Liga week 9 was the biggest match which was held at Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid registered another victory over Barcelona after conceding early goal in 4th minute. That was 7th consecutive victory of Los Blancos in La Liga 2014–15. Few days later, they made another victory against Cornella by 4–1 in first match of Copa Del Rey 2014–15. On the other hand, it was the first defeat of vice champions. Also, they conceded first goal in this season after playing 9 games. Defending champions Atletico Madrid bagged 3 points with Mario’s goal vs Getafe CF. Sevilla joined leaders Barcelona on top of the table & are still at second spot due to goal difference. Other giants Athletic Bilbao, Valencia, Malaga, Celta Vigo collected three points. Eibar Granada, Espanyol, Deportivo, Cordoba & Real Sociedad had to satisfied with 1 point each after respective draws.
