Internet anti-discrimination form will guard France’s football league

It was uncovered on Tuesday by the anti-racism organization LICRA as well as France’s professional football league that the organizations teamed up to launch a specialized online form enabling sportsmen to report any kind of discrimination occurring in stadia, including racism. Any report is going to initiate proceedings where the LICRA and also LFP will be involved.

These proceedings are going to be closely watched and recorded in order to withstand discrimination on football matches. The LICRA will be in charge of protecting personal data on the proceedings.

Previously, Roxana Maracineanu, the French Sports Minister drew attention to a series of awful homophobic chants at the Parc des Princes at the last PSG-OM classic. She was shocked by the fact that Parisian fans dared to hurl outrageous insults such as “faggots,” “rats,” and “assholes” addressing that to their Marseilles counterparts.

French leader Emmanuel Macron told that homophobic chants in stadia shouldn’t be tolerated and matches need to be interrupted in this case.
