The chief executive officer of MSML said “Considering the rise of youth interest in the sport, football fans in India can look forward to the best international football experience on SIX”. Sony SIX is also holding rights of UEFA EURO 2016, UEFA EURO 2016 Qualifying, FIFA World Cup 2018, FIFA Club World Cup, Scottish Premier League, LFC TV. The channel also have rights of telecast one of the biggest Cricket tournament i.e. Indian Premier League.

Expected Earnings of MSML in this World Campaign
There are also some rumors about the purchase of broadcast rights. A person revealed, MSML bought these rights for upcoming FIFA tournaments for $90 million. That person did not wants to be named because he has not authority to reveal it. This figure could not be independently confirmed by Footballwood. The company expected that they could make revenue of Rs. 100 crore [$16 million] total with FIFA World Cup 2014.
