Deportivo vs Barcelona 2-1: Barca’s coming down to earth

Yesterday Barcelona lost a game vs Deportivo and almost went into the relegation zone in La Liga. Somebody calls it hangover after the match with PSG, or иad refereeing, but most of the people say that Barca’s coach had a huge impact on the results.

Several changes were made. One of the most mistakes is Neymar’s leaving out. After that, his side suffered huge losses and then they lost it completely. The first goal by Joselu was in the 40th minutes and L. Suárez equalized a few minutes later. Yet Álex Bergantiños scored at 74th min and that’s it. They did the best against PSG, but Deportivo match was more difficult.

It proves that Spanish League a lot more competitive than everybody thinks. Luis Enrique says he knew that the day will be difficult, “That’s why I insisted on four changes to refresh the side”.

Still, his team wasn’t so flexible and changes proved wrong. “We should have stayed at the winning pass, that’s why it’s so tough”, said Luis Enrique.

Now Barcelona two points behind Real Madrid. And leaders still have one more game to go…
