Borussia Monchengladbach have a decent run of form right now, they managed to lose only once in twelve pre-season games. Monchengladbach team were the winner in the first match of this tie, as they sealed an all-important 3-1 away victory over Young Boys last Tuesday. Last season Borussia were drawn a very tough group as they got Manchester City, Juventus, and Sevilla as their opponents, as a result they had finished last in the group. No doubt the Germans will hope for a better draw this time around if they manage to hold onto their advantage here.

Young Boys have a mountain to climb as they need to win back a 2 goal deficit they conceded at home in the first leg. Though, they did a good job in the previous round, kicking out Shakhtar Donetsk but the German side were too much for them last week. Despite having more chance on goal than their opponents The Swiss side was unable to convert most of them. Now they need more goals and possibly a clean sheet to see them through.

Borussia Monchengladbach: Predicted Line-up (3-4-1-2)

Yann Sommer Nico Elvedi , Christensen, Jantschke Ibrahima Traore, Tobias Strobl, Kramer, Oscar Wendt – Lars Stindl – Raffael, Thorgan Hazard.

Young Boys: Predicted Line-up (4-4-2)
