Chelsea have been one of the most active Premier League clubs this transfer window — signing more than five footballers recently. Despite significant spending on new players, the Blues don’t want to stop and are ready for new deals. Chelsea’s most likely next signing is Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen. The 21-year-old star, who possesses the supreme talent and unique skills, made just 118 Bundesliga appearances but managed to score 36 goals and make 25 assists.
Chelsea have agreed on a transfer fee of about £72 million, with extras which take the final fee to about £90 million. The Bayer Leverkusen wonder boy will be Frank Lampard’s seventh signings this summer. Havertz will join Timo Werner, as well as Thiago Silva, Xavier Mbuyamba, Malang Sarr, Hakim Ziyech, and Ben Chilwell at Stamford Bridge.
The Pensioners, meanwhile, have set an £80 million transfer price on N’GoloKante as Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte wants to see him at San Siro.
