According to reports, Barcelona is planning to reunite their new boss Ronald Koeman with former Man Utd man Memphis Depay. However, the Lyon captain says he is unsure on the likelihood of a transfer this summer. With Luis Suarez on the brink of leaving, the Catalan club arelooking for a new striker and have failed to sign Lautaro Martinez from Inter. Having managed Memphis Depay during his time as the Netherlands head coach, Koeman is going to bring the Lyon player to Camp Nou. The 26-year-old footballer has started the final year of his Lyon deal and made it clear he does not want to stay at Groupama Stadium. The French club have been planning for Memphis’ exit all summer but the offer from Barcelona has come as a big surprise. Having a limited budget, the LaLigaside are also trying to add centre-back Samuel Umtiti to the deal to lower Memphis’ price. The Dutch international has 78 goal involvements since joining Lyon from Manchester United in 2017.
