According to the reports, Barcelona has lowed the valuation of their midfielder Denis Suarez in between the speculation that Napoli and AC Milan are taking into account a January dive for the player.
Mundo Deportivo said that the A-sides have shown interest in Suarez after the summer pursuits fail. The reports say, Barcelona were asking for €40 million before cashing in on the midfielder, however, now they are saying that they are willing to soften their stand on that valuation.
On the other hand, Suarez seems to be all set to leave the Blaugrana in the coming days, as he has not played any competitive game this season for the team. Napoli and Milan are said to be out to make stronger their options in midfield positions, as well.
This season, the midfielder was going to find it hard to get games in this season, because Barcelona toughened their choices in this area of the field.
Nevertheless, Andre Gomes, Andres Iniesta, and Paulinho all have moved on, the club brought in Arthur Melo and Arturo Vidal. They signed Philippe Coutinho in January from Liverpool, who has operated in midfield as well alongside Sergio Busquets and Ivan Rakitic at times.
For Suarez, the end result has been a stint on the squad fringes. According to the reports he turned down the opportunity to play somewhere else in this season:
He is now 24-year-old and he rejoined Barcelona in the 2016 summer from Villarreal, after having a stint with the B team of Catalan side between the year 2013 and 2015.
