The second semi-final 1st leg match will be played between Atletico de Kolkata and FC Goa at the home ground of Kolkata which is Salt Lake Stadium on 14th December 2014. After finishing second in the Indian Super League competition of group stage, FC Goa will play away match in the first leg of semi-final. Before semifinal fixture, both teams met in the last group match of the Indian Super League at same ground. The match was ended on a 1–1 score line which gave FC Goa a second place behind Chennaiyin FC. FC Goa coach Zico said after the 1–1 draw against Kolkata “It is important that we stay here and don’t need to travel again and decide the place for final at home. The two teams deserved to be at this position.”
