Sir Alex Ferguson is out of the intensive care at the Salford Royal Hospital, and Manchester United are confident he will make a full recovery.
The club confirmed the former Manchester United manager would continue his rehabilitation as an inpatient at the hospital after he suffered a brain hemorrhage on Saturday.
A Club statement on twitter read: “Sir Alex no longer needs intensive care and will continue rehabilitation as an inpatient. His family have been overwhelmed by the level of support and good wishes but continue to request privacy as this will be vital during this next stage of recovery.”
Ferguson who is the most successful manager in the club’s history was taken ill after falling at home. The Legendary figure’s condition prompted some of the most renowned characters in the game to offer their well-wishes.
The likes of Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp, and Arsene Wenger have all sent in their goodwill messages.
