Lately, Everton manager revealed that Ross Barkley will leave until the end of the summer transfer window with 100% rate. And today about 6 Premier League clubs are trying to get Barkley under their wing.
The main goal of Manchester City is Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez, but after an injury, the transfer fee for 23-years-old midfielder fell from £50m down to £25-30m.
The second possible destination for Barkley is Tottenham. Mauricio Pochettino was targeting the Everton’s player since the very beginning of the transfer season. Another supposed players in that race are Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and West Ham.
Man City interested in a long-term contract not only due to Barkley talent but also because it should raise their quota of home-grown players.
Besides, because of the rule of allowing 17 foreign players of 25 Man City could lose 27-years-old Fabian Delph, who currently is the target for Stoke City.
For the next 3 weeks Ross Barkley will be recovering from an operation and right after that, he joins to one of the 6 clubs.
