FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015 quarter final match dates and time
The seventh edition of 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup has got the 16 best teams for next round. Defending champions Japan are going to face Netherlands in pre quarter final round whereas host nation Canada are scheduled against Switzerland. The 24 are are shorten to 16 best women’s football team who will compete against each other in next round. Check out the fixtures of quarter finals below.

Now, there will be no points, no tie and no goal difference will matter. Only one thing which will be taken into account is win. Winning team will advance to next round, where as losing team will be knocked out of-course. Germany will take on Sweden in first quarter final that will be played on 20th June at 16:00. On same day, China will face Cameroon and the game will begin at 17:30.
This tournament is turning out to be the best women’s championship in the history of women’s football. During the group stage round, total of 107 goals have been scored by the teams with an average goal per game of 2.97. Germany women’s football team have scored most number of goals in this tournament with total count of 15.
The top three teams of Union of European Football Association, except England will qualify for the 2016 summer Olympics women’s football tournament. So this is great opportunity for UEFA teams to play another big football competition next year.
Round of 16 games will be played from 20th June to 23rd June. Thereafter quarter finals are schedule to be played on 26th and 27th June. On 30th June and 1st July, semi final will be played and there will be final on 5th of July 2015.
